A charming touch on my birthday

On my birthday, the staff surprised my brother-in-law with a bottle of champagne in their room, which made our evening memorable. The hotel was a short distance from the city center, making our exploration easy.

The breakfast area was cramped and lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable during peak hours. the checkout policy felt a bit rigid, especially for a small extension.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Attentive and accommodating staff support.

I enjoyed the clean and tidy room with a great shower and appreciated the thoughtful touch of a complimentary mobile phone for navigating around. the breakfast area was a bit cramped and could benefit from better ventilation, particularly during busy hours. Despite being in a convenient location, soundproofing could improve since I noticed some noise from the traffic outside.

Wi-fi was fast and reliable. Luggage storage was a big help for early check-in.

The standard triple room was spacious and equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was quite the treat, with different options daily, including pastries and fresh fruit. Plus, a smartphone was provided for easy navigation around the city.

The spacious triple room was a pleasant surprise, and I appreciated having a separate sitting area to unwind after a long day. The hotel is adorned with chic, contemporary design elements that make it feel fresh and inviting, combined with a well-maintained garden area that offers a nice escape for some fresh air.

The breakfast options left much to be desired, which could definitely use more variety to cater to different tastes. Getting to the room was a hassle. the elevator only stops partway, forcing you to haul your bags up a few flights of stairs, and some rooms had issues with dim lighting, making it tough to find the door keyhole in the dark. The mattress was notably firm, which didn't help in getting a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning in our room struggled to keep the temperature comfortable. Lastly, I ran into an odd moment when the TV had limited English channels, which made winding down harder after a long day around town.

The air conditioning was amazing, keeping us cool during the blistering heat. The stylish décor made the stay super enjoyable!

The decoration in my room was so chic and modern. I felt like I was living in a fashion magazine! The breakfast selection was a delightful surprise each morning, with hot meals and pastries that changed daily, keeping my mornings exciting! And that comfortable bed? I slept like a baby, recharging for exploring the charming streets.
